Sub – Issue of Training Study (Questionnaire) after Advanced Course for Scout Masters /
Cub Masters / Guide Captains / Flock Leaders
Madam / Sir,
Please find enclosed herewith ‘Training Study ‘to be completed after the Advanced Course for Scout Masters / Cub Masters / Guide Captains / Flock Leaders. The Training Study (questionnaire) should be issued to such SM/CM/GC/FL who have completed their Advanced Course successfully and the certificate of Advanced Course has been issued to them by State Training Comm. (S / G), KVS BS&G, New Delhi.
KVS State may plan HWB Courses in near future and only those teachers will be eligible whose Training Study would be registered at NTC, Pachmarhi. Therefore, it should be given wide publicity among all the Advanced trained SM/CM/GC/FL of your region.
Guidelines for the completion of Training Study
1. Answer should be written on a 100 page note book.
2. Questions should be written on the left page and the answers on the right pages only.
3. Paste photographs or pictures of the related activities on the left pages.
4. Write legibly either in Hindi or English.
5. Send answer book to the ‘Reader’ deputed to evaluate the answer book of your section (S/G/C/B) and region. The list of ‘Readers’ is attached.
6. Training Study note books should reach to the concerned ‘Reader’ on or before 15.07.2014.
7. Give following details on the first page of the note book-
Name, designation, Name of KV, Region, (Scouting) District, Date of birth, Advanced course certificate. No. & date, Full postal address, phone/mobile number, E-mail address.
8. Attach photocopy of Advanced course certificate.
