Sub. :  Submission of ‘Purchase bills’ of Uniform Allowance given to Scouters &       Guiders in KVS - reg.

Madam/Sir,

This is  to bring your kind information that the Uniform Allowance amounting a sum of Rs. 5,000 (Rupees five thousand only ) is being paid once in a period of 2 (two) years to all the Scoutmasters /Guide Captains / Cub Masters / Flock leaders, who are running the units effectively and other officials at Divisional & State level. As there are many queries regarding the submission of Purchase of the uniform materials, it has been decided in the Annual Meeting of the KVS State Bharat Scouts & Guides held on 12.07.2013 that submission of bills is mandatory to claim the uniform allowance given to the unit leaders. Hence, you are requested to intimate the same to all the Scouters / Guiders of the Kendriya Vidyalayas of your region.
