reference to letter referred above this is to bring to your kind notice that Warrant
Numbers to Scout Masters, Guide Captains, Cub Masters and Flock Leaders have have
already been allotted wide above referred letter No. & date (copy
enclosed below). In case warrant Certificates have not been issued to trained SM, GC,
CM, FL of your region then please issue the warrant certificate to all eligible
teachers. All other details are given in
the enclosed letter.
Please ensure that New Monogram of KVS is printed on the certificates.

Warrant Numbers to Adult Leaders (SM/GC/CM/FL)
Madam / Sir,
With
reference to letter No. F.110353/16/2012-KVS (Acad.)/BS&G Dated 13 - 07 –
2012 (copy
attached) regarding allotment of Warrant numbers to all trained Scout
Masters/Guide Captains / Cub Masters and Flock Leaders of your region, it has
been noticed that warrant certificates have not been issued to Adult leaders of
your region. In the absence of warrant numbers (certificates) adult leaders
face difficulties in attending various training courses conducted by The Bharat
Scouts and Guides, NTC, Pachmarhi, as Warrant certificate is mandatory for
attending training courses and also recommending S/G for Testing Camps
including Rajya Puraskar and Rastrapati Award. You are, therefore, requested to
issue Warrant certificates to all trained adult leaders of your region. Warrant
numbers allotted to your region are given below. A sample copy (both filled and
blank) of Warrant Certificate is also appended below for your perusal and
necessary action please.
