Sub: – Details of Prospective Rashtrapati Scouts -2013 & Reasons for rejection of Rashtrapati Scout Registration Forms-2013.

 

Madam / Sir,

1.     Please find enclosed herewith details of Prospective Rashtrapati Scouts Registration Forms 2013 & reasons for rejection of Rashtrapati Award Scout registration Forms – 2013 as received from the BS&G, NHQ, New Delhi. In this regard it is requested that Prospective Scouts may be informed accordingly and date of testing camp will be intimated soon after receiving from BS&G Northern Region Headquarters New Delhi.

2.    Further it is requested that form No. and reasons for rejection may be noted down from the list attached and all care should be taken while filling the Registration forms for the year 2014. It is also suggested that Unit Leaders may go through all the reasons for rejection so that they would be aware of finer points which should be kept in mind while filling up the forms.
